Whimsie Doodles September Release Day

This is my 2nd post today, make sure to check out my Woodware USA Challenge card HERE.

Pin ItIt is New Release Day at Whimsie Doodles! This month Melyssa has created a bunch of adorable images for you that are perfect for your Back-to-School and Halloween projects...and a little Steam Punk, too!  These images are so much fun to color-- and we know you'll love them as much as we do! They are pictured together here in the preview, but they are available as individual images on the Whimsie Doodles website {HERE}.

We also have these adorable Halloween Gift Tags that are just perfect for classroom or co-worker treats!  Click {HERE} to check them out!
For my card today, I have used the NEW School Lizzie. For the base of my card I used my Teacher Notecard Printable FREEBIE. The 'Just A Note' on the design was covered up by the hand-made ticket. Lizzie was colored, cut out and placed on top of a decorated cork die cut.
Be sure to visit the Doodlelicious Diva blogs (see links to the left) to see their projects using all of the NEW September images

Just the details… (1) Created my own ticket using a die and stamp set, (2) Added some gems to the cork die cut, (3) Stamped a border of numbers and letters across the bottom of die cut, (3) Punched and cut the card base to look like a real piece of paper... 3-hole-punched, corner-rounded and all.

Thanks for stopping by and, as always, comments are greatly appreciated!
