Happy Birthday Princess - Whimsie Doodles

Is there a little princess in your life? For my daughter's upcoming 5th birthday, I decided to use Princess Leah from Whimsie Doodles for her birthday card. She is definitely the princess in our house.

After coloring the main image I stamped the sentiment, Make A Wish, from Whimsie Doodles' Have Cake rubber stamp set. The card base is a clear one from ShortCuts so you are able to see the patterned paper on the inside when the card is closed.

Just the details… (1) Used some pink glitter on the heart in her crown , (2) added pink glitter to the star wand and colored outside the lines to make it look like the wand was glowing, (3) placed a strip of white CS on the inside of card for personal message, (4) after tying on some green polk-dot ribbon I hung a princess carriage charm from the knot.

Challenges used for this card…
