Whimsie Doodles June Release

It is the 5th of the month, so that means it is time for another fabulous Whimsie Doodles release!! This month Melyssa has came up with tons of cute images, one of them being the cute Baby Girl Monkey shown on my card today.

The colors for this card (pink, yellow & blue) came from the latest Whimsie Wednesday Challenge on the PCP fan page. If you aren't already a fan there, make sure to get signed up. It is completely FREE to sign up and Melyssa generously gives out a FREE digital stamp from time-to-time.

'Funny' story about this image... I had spent about 30 minutes coloring it and as I was fading out the shadow around the image my Colorless Blender RAN OUT OF FLUID!! It was too late to run and get a new one and of course there was no warning, so I didn't have a back up. In person, you can tell where the marker went dry, but luckily it didn't show up that clearly in the photo. I am now the proud owner of a 2nd colorless blender marker and will be ordering a refill shortly.

Did I mention this cute image is just one of the many sock monkey digital images that Melyssa is debuting today?! Make sure to head over to the Whimsie Doodles Blog to see all of the new images. You can also check out what each of the Doodlelicious Divas has done with a new image or two - their blogs are all linked to the left.
